Cinemagic Dublin Festival

CINEMAGIC DUBLIN

Our Dublin programme includes special premieres, international feature films, documentaries, shorts, foreign language films and education screenings. We offer young people the opportunity to take part in practical events including film industry workshops, exciting masterclasses, and our extensive screening programme for local schools.

The Cinemagic Dublin Film Programme is non-competitive. All film content is invited for exhibition.

CROSS BORDER ACTIVITIES

In 2026 we look forward to developing our cross-border activities where young people from different backgrounds will get to interact with each other and learn about the world of film and develop key skills. Practical opportunities will include our cross-border film academy, film critic panels, Q&As, Cinemagic Young Filmmaker and our Young Consultants programme.

The 18th Cinemagic Dublin & Cross-Border Film and Events Programme will return in 2026.

Cinemagic Dublin is supported by the Department of Education and is supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media
