Call Out For Festival Box Office Administrator

Cinemagic is looking for a Festival Box Office Administrator. This is a 2 month paid position, working in the busy office of Cinemagic Belfast promoting Dublin festival events commencing in mid March for a week and April (post-Easter holidays) and May (end date 27 May).
The Cinemagic box office administrator will be responsible for the recruitment of both schools and the general public (families & young people) in relation to festival screenings, school workshops and special events.
The Box Office Administrator will deliver the Cinemagic sales recruitment strategy
The role will include:
Phoning Schools and Community Groups
Promoting Festival Events
Box Office Management
Advising customers on event information
Candidates will have at least one year's experience in box office, sales, communications and experience in an arts environment (it is essential candidates are confident in relation to telephone sales recruitment). The successful candidate will be expected to work full time hours for the duration of the placement (as well as evenings/weekends when required during the festival).
